When attempting to hibernate the computer on a Windows 7 system or let computer enters hibernation mode, the operating system may stop halt with a Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) the following error message as technical information:

Major bug in Apple’s Snow Leopard deletes all user data

Update (10/13/2009): In a short statement yesterday, Apple finally acknowledged the data-loss issue plaguing Snow Leopard, claiming the problem occurs only in “extremely rare cases” and that they are already working on a fix.

Critical Firefox 3.5 bug discovered

US-CERT posted a warning yesterday, of a critical vulnerability affecting the recently launched Firefox 3.5. The bug is due to an error in the way JavaScript code is processed.
