HNH992 has created a new kitchen that allows you to cook your Android ROMs online. It seem promising enough as the developer himself promised to add in more ROMs and features.
The kitchen allows you to choose a ROM of your choice, select the apps that you want to install and where to install. Finally, allowing you to upload your own APK in too.
You can choose to install the apps to /system/apps or /data/apps.
The dev says that boot animation and language will be added as a feature to select too.
